Murra Wolka Creations Australia Pty Ltd distributes most parcels through Australia Post or Fastway
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
All our products are made to order. We work hard to ship your order ASAP however please allow up to 4 business days for this to occur as many of our products are handmade and/or hand painted. Once an order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
Whilst placing an order, shipping costs, delivery times and GST (if relevant) are estimated once a delivery address has been entered into the Location and Shipping Method window. Parcels are delivered on business days, please take into account weekends and public holidays. The word day/s refers to business days (Monday to Friday). Any days estimated refers to postage days.
Free Australia wide shipping to most metro locations on orders over $50 (remote areas may incur an extra charge). International shipping fees apply.
Express post orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days and will incur an additional fee. No free shipping applies.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Most orders are sent by Fastway Couriers (unless remote locations) an alternative such as StarTrack or similar will be used.
Shipping costs are charged at Australia Post / Couriers rates.
Typical lead times are between 5 and 10 working days, however this may vary depending on demand. A confirmation email with estimated times will be sent out once an order has been placed.
DELIVERY TIMES
• For metropolitan areas, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart, standard delivery can take between 2-5 days.
• For WA, NT and all regional areas of other states and territories, standard delivery can take between 5-10 days.
• Overseas standard delivery can take between 4-20 days.
• Domestic Express Post delivery times are estimated 1 day for metro and all other areas are as per Australia Post Express network Parcel Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent when an order has been posted, all Australian and International Express orders will be sent a tracking number in the confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A tracking Number can only be provided for parcels sent via International Express. Parcels sent through regular Air Mail will be issued a Lodgement I.D. Please note that parcels going to some countries may incur a customs fee or tax the purchaser is responsible for any/all of these extra fees should that occur.
REFUNDS and RETURNS
For all returns or refunds please contact us immediately upon receipt of goods so this can be evaluated and resolved ASAP.
We will discuss any issues with the purchase or damage to goods and arrange for goods to be returned or replaced within the specified time. Our returns and refunds policy applies to goods that are damaged prior to delivery, have not been worn, used, broken or altered. Any costs incurred for the return of goods are to be paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
